Questions about TP
What is TP?
TP (Training Portal) is a staff training and competency portal from APS (Aberra Professional Services). Your company gets its own portal, with your logo, colours and name built in, to publish courses, test staff, issue certificates and track who is trained.
Can we brand it as our own?
Yes. Your logo, colours and company name are built in, and you control your own content, departments and access. There is nothing to build from scratch and no per-seat fees.
How do staff take training?
Each course can be fixed-date, with sessions booked from a calendar, or self-paced so staff can start whenever suits them. Passing the quiz (80% or more) completes the course and gives permanent access to its materials.
How do we prove who is competent?
Every pass earns a branded certificate with a unique verification code and a valid-until date. Completions are kept in a tamper-evident record, and refresher cycles flag when a competency is due for renewal.
Does it work with Microsoft 365?
Yes. Run it on its own with nothing to install, or with Microsoft 365 so staff sign in with their work accounts and records are kept centrally.
